Birnam House is situated close to Alnwick's Historic Town Centre, Treehouse, Gardens and all amenities including our new Leisure Pool and Sainsbury's supermarket.

Birnam is set in its own secluded, mature, tree lined private garden off a quiet private road. All our spacious bedrooms have views of the trees and garden together with high quality en-suites and flat screen HD freeview multi-channel TV's.

We feel that your holiday should not be rushed or regimented therefore we are introducing from June 2011, a unique service at Birnam House. Our bedrooms are designed so that they each have their own sitting/eating area where you can enjoy a relaxed breakfast in the privacy of your own room.

Your cooked English breakfast is delivered to your room between 8.45am  and 9am.

The garden has private areas where you can choose to eat breakfast, including patio and decking areas by the pond.

Birnam House offers ample private parking.
